Record to Report - GLPEC | International Accounting Sr Associate

Available Shift: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00.

On the other hand, we are Integrated Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary

NBS Latam is a dynamic and challenging place to work at. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for assisting the LATAM markets, in order to fulfill their needs regarding the analysis and conciliation of GL Accounts looking forward to solving any issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.

A day in the life of...

Analysis and conciliation of GL Accounts. Report preparation for the market.
Monthly WSR meetings with the assigned companys of Nestlé In Latin America.
Follow-up of pendings and support to companys of Nestlé In Latin America.
Provide accuracy in all mandatory support documentation from GLPEC Reconciliation ( WSR minute, Balance check, Action Log).

What will make you successful

• Intermediate or Advanced Excel
• Intermediate English.
• Customer Service, Teamwork, good comunication and proactivity
• Graduated (or ongoing) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related areas.
