Summary Position
As part of NBS LATAM you will be part of the Nespresso Business Order Administrarion activities in the R2R team as an BOA Associate delivering e-commerce management services to our markets.
A day in the life of…
*As a BOA Associate you will be in charge of performing daily e-commerce activities to our markets, such as:
*Ensure online customer registration.
*Process orders and account updates in a timely manner before the cut-off time to secure smooth and timely delivery of the orders.
*Identify and prevent fraud through internet channel.
*Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of services delivered to the Markets in accordance with Service Level Agreements as agreed and signed with the Market and Nespresso HQ.

Excellent customer relationship, communication and service orientation skills

Solid knowledge of MS office, particulary Excel
- Graduated (or ongoing) in Business Administration or related areas.
