On the other hand, we are Integrated Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Summary Position
We are seeking a expert in Employee Listening to lead the implementation of our employee listening strategy. You will be responsible for creating internal surveys, analyzing results, and sharing valuable insights at regional, zone, and global levels, contributing to a more engaged and productive work environment.
A day in the life of…
- Stakeholder management: You will communicate with stakeholders at different levels (regional, zone, and global), providing expert consultation on employee listening and defining the best tools and methods for surveys;
- Driving the Employee Listening Strategy: You will be the point of contact for the employee listening strategy in the LATAM zone, aligning the objectives of various markets with the zone and Nestle Global strategy;
- Technical Support: Your role will involve creating surveys, assigning participants and roles, creating result dashboards, data analysis and benchmarking, as well as consolidating information at regional and global levels. Additionally, you will be a change agent, improving processes, structures, and methodologies related to Qualtrics, always with a focus on continuous improvement;
- Data Analysis: You will be responsible for analyzing survey data, correlating results with other HR KPIs to provide valuable insights and recommend action plans.
What will make you successful
- Advanced English proficiency;
- Desirable: Advanced Spanish proficiency;
- Desirable experience in an HR role;
- Experience in a matrixed environment, achieving results through effective influence and collaboration;
- Solid experience in stakeholder management;
- Experience and ability to work on and lead projects in cross-functional and multi-regional teams;
- Knowledge and experience in evolving statistical methods and problem-solving approaches in business and HR;
- Strong project management skills;
- Strong customer service orientation;
- Solid analytical skills; Experience in Excel/PowerBI;
- Experience in designing and administering satisfaction surveys will be considered a plus.
