Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.

On the other hand, we are Integrated Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary
The Process Optimization SR Analyst is responsible for implementing significant improvement projects within the S2P process, acting as a key driver of innovation.
The role involves several key responsibilities and tasks aimed at ensuring high service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

 

A day in the life of...
-Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: work closely with various teams, such as Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain, to identify areas for process improvement and ensure that changes benefit the overall workflow.
-Identifying Process Gaps: The analyst actively seeks out inefficiencies or gaps in the current S2P processes and proposes actionable solutions to enhance efficiency.
-Performance Improvement Initiatives: Identify further opportunities for enhancement, promoting a culture of performance improvement within the organization.
-Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders is crucial to ensure alignment and support for process changes.
-Follo-up with DOS/BPA teams related to the S2P Projects prioritizing based on internal teams ans markets needs.
-Lead pillars (KNIME and PI) to keep the continupus improvement culture bringing value to the process.
-S2P PO Expert Calls: be colaborative executing actions and improvement raised by global team, sharing S2P Latam initiatives to be implemented to other NBS.
-Tools migration: support operational teams during any migration that can happens guaranting the functionallyt and cronogram.

 

What will make you successful

  • Advanced English
  • Intermediate Portuguese (desirable)
  • Improvement initiatives and project management
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and present findings
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to develop and implement solutions to improve service quality.
  • Graduated (or ongoing) in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, PMO or related areas
