Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.

On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position Summary

We are looking for a professional passionate about project management to join our team as Project Manager Team Lead. You will be responsible for ensuring the day to day management and monitor projects, PM practices, quality standards and stakeholder management. Thus, as a Team Lead, you will also have a direct team to coach and develop.

As a Project Manager, you will be a key piece in the successful delivery of projects. In your day-to-day life, you will be responsible for the planning and organization of demands, working directly with different teams. What will make you successful

• Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineer or related area;
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Continuous Improvement, others) and proven experience are mandatory;
• Desirable knowledge of agile methodologies;
• Solid knowledge in project management methodologies and proven experience;
• PMP or PSM certification is desirable;
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills;
• Availability for hybrid work;
• Proactivity is key to achieving the objectives;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Domain in Stakeholder management is key;
• Knowledge in project management methodologies including Waterfall, Continuous Improvement and others;
• Desirable knowledge of agile methodologies;
• Fluent English is mandatory.
