We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary

A learning and training expert is essential to develop and deliver effective training programs that help users achieve digital fluency with GenAI technology solutions. This role will focus on creating instructor-led training, self-service e-learning, and micro-learning activities that are engaging and impactful.

-Responsible for managing and monitoring projects, delivery of planned deliveries, working directly with different teams and frequent contact with stakeholders.

-Develop actions with team members to ensure that projects are delivered as expected and the team remains engaged.
 

A day in the life of...

• Planning and organization of project demands.

• Lead and engage your team to ensure the success of planned deliveries.

• Stakeholder Management.

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs for GenAI technology solutions, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and micro-learning activities.

• Create training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive modules.

• Deliver training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed.

• Collaborate with the change management and marketing teams to ensure alignment and support for training initiatives.

What will make you successful

• Advanced english is mandatory

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. Project Management Certificate is desirable.

• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably within a technology or IT environment.

• Proven experience in project management methodologies is mandatory.

• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.

• Experience as a Project/Squads leader.

• Proactivity is key to achieving the goals.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Mastery in Stakeholder management is fundamental.

• Knowledge in project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, Continuous Improvement and others.

• Strong instructional design skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective learning materials.

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver training to diverse groups of users.

• Familiarity with GenAI technology solutions and their applications in business settings.
