On the other hand, we are Integrated Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary
-The Project Manager Supervisor ( Change Management ) is needed to more deeply help drive local initiatives alongside the BRM, the IT FRM, and Human Resources by improving communication strategies, training, and promoting champion communities in the market.
-Responsible for managing and monitoring projects, delivery of planned deliveries, working directly with different teams and frequent contact with stakeholders.
-Develop actions with team members to ensure that projects are delivered as expected and the team remains engaged.

1.Change Planning: Develop a comprehensive change management plan that outlines the scope, objectives, and timeline of the change initiative.
2.Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage stakeholders affected by the change, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
3.Communication Strategy: Create a communication plan to inform all stakeholders about the change, its benefits, and the impact on their roles.
4.Training and Support: Organize training sessions and resources to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to the change.
5.Implementation Oversight: Monitor the implementation of the change initiative, ensuring adherence to the plan and making adjustments as necessary.
6.Continuous Improvement: Analyze the outcomes of the change and identify opportunities for further improvements or adjustments.
7.Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of the change management process, including plans, communications, training materials, and feedback received.
What will make you successful
- Advanced english is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related areas. Project Management and Change Mangament Certificate is desirable.
- Previous experience in Project Management o Change Management
- Strong understanding of change management practices and processes.
- Familiarity with strategic concepts and industry standards related to service delivery strategies, sourcing models, and risk/performance management methodologies.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies is mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
- Experience as a Project/Squads leader.
- Proactivity is key to achieving the goals.
- Mastery in Stakeholder management is fundamental.
- Knowledge in project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, Continuous Improvement and others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with IT vendor management and IT product groups.
- Familiarity with IT product management, capable of supporting the evolution, adoption, and development of those products.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address challenges and opportunities in the related project.
