S2P / Source To Pay  / Account Payable Senior Associate

Available Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00

Advanced English is mandatory.

On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position Summary

NBS Latam is a dynamic and challenging place to work at. As an SR Associate, you will be responsible for assisting the LATAM markets in receiving and addressing contacts related to accounts payable processes and activities. Your contribution will have a direct impact on achieving the team's key indicators (SLA, Quality, NPS) and the sector as a whole.

A day in the life of...

• Account payable analysis, Internal Reports.
• Follow MOR actions.
• Performance Accelerate Initiatives.
• Process tickets rise from the market.
• Carry on relationship between Business and Suppliers. 

What will make you successful

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related areas.

- 1 year experience in accounts payable processes.

- Desirable experience with SAP

- Desirable English.

- Basic knowledge on Excel
