On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary

 

The Social Intelligence Specialist, takes care of the curation of Social Intelligence activities and deliverables, coordination of the execution within the team, insights and recommendations generation, communication with partners about the scope and deliverables, presentation of reports to partners, methodology and internal functional trainings development.

 

A day in the life of...

 

Coordinate and support the team to ensure First Time Right delivery of reports/ dashboards/ presentations to address business questions
Curate and oversee the process of data collection, cleaning, processing, and visualization performed by social listening teams.
Review reports generated by social listening teams, checking for accuracy, relevance and completeness.
Lead the data synthesis & interpretation to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
Lead the integration and analysis of data from various sources, including but not limited to social listening, consumer engagement, search, website analytics, to gain a holistic understanding of consumer feedback, behaviour, and market trends.
Analyze combined data sets to identify patterns, correlations, and insights.
Curate the deliverables generation and visualization to showcase integrated data findings

Collaborate with Global Social Intelligence team to drive the social intelligence process standardization and consistency by training the team and implementing clear guidelines and procedures on data integration, collection, cleaning, processing, visualization, and reporting.

Follow industry trends and support the research, development and implementation of best-practices to improve internal procedures and digital analytics methodology
Collaborate with Global Social Intelligence team to identify opportunities for automation, streamline workflows, and improve data collection and analysis techniques

  • Prior experience in digital social media and project management.
  • Desirable experience in AI and innovation procesess. 
  • Excellent customer relationship, communication and service orientation skills.
  • Hability to working in a cross-functional environment and with Global Markets. Attention to details, curiosity, 
  • Being organized with an ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented attitude. Dedicated to meet and exceeding partners expectations, drives team for results
  • Graduated (University), Desired Post Graduated in Business, PMO, Marketing, Communications (University Degree in market research, statistics, marketing, business  or related field. Equivalent combination of education, experience , training, or certification may be considered in lieu of degree)
  • 3+ years of experience working in Consumer Insights or research agency. Experience working with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and techniques. Ability to blend qualitative and quantitative approaches to provide a comprehensive understanding of data 
  • Proficiency in social listening and analytics tools. Experience working with SEO tools like SEMrush, Similar Web is a plus 
  • Experience working with integrated data sets and cross-platform data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and trends across multiple data sources
  • Strong verbal, story-telling and writing skills, with an ability to develop and present data-driven analysis to non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google suite; knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools
