Position Summary

 

The Social Media Responding Supervisor will be responsible for continuously overseeing Nestlé's Social Media channels to ensure consistent communication and engagement with our markets and consumers. This role will foster brand loyalty and facilitate discussions around the brand.

 

It will also ensure consumer satisfaction through timely responses and adherence to KPIs, escalating any issues to the appropriate internal teams. As a People Manager, the supervisor will also train, coach, evaluate, and develop the team in alignment with succession planning and individual career growth. Please note, this is not a Social Media Marketing or Social Media Management position, but a role focused on consumer engagement and operational excellence.                                                                                                                                       .

 

A day in the life of...

 

The Social Media Responding Supervisor is responsible for managing stakeholders in the Latam markets, as well as managing a team, ensuring operational standards KPIS are met.

Part of their daily tasks will be:

-Oversee the processing of market requests and operational activities, ensuring accuracy and promptness in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

-Drive the monitoring and improvement of KPIs and social media contact channel volumes, collaborating with the team to identify root causes and implement solutions.

-Lead the identification and resolution of operational gaps through quality monitoring and market feedback, striving for the best experience for Nestlé markets and consumers.

-Represent the team in market meetings, providing operational insights and aligning deliveries, volumes, and procedures.

-Foster a culture of constant communication and networking to ensure smooth operational flow.

-Supervise and manage team deliverables, efficiently prioritizing and assigning tasks to meet deadlines, and overseeing the team's daily activities and deliverables work plan.

What will make you successful

  • Graduated in Marketing, Communication, Administration, or related areas
  • Advanced English required.
  • 3 + years of People Leadership experience managing, coaching and developing employees required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) required.
  • Experience utilizing established and emerging Social Media platforms including Twitter (X), Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms required.
  • Current or prior Project Management experience a plus.
