Position summary

The TSQ + Process Optimization SR Analyst is responsible for implementing significant improvement projects within the S2P process, acting as a key driver of innovation.
The role involves several key responsibilities and tasks aimed at ensuring high service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

 

A day in the life of...
-Prepare indicators and lead meetings with the markets and operations.
-Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: work closely with various teams, such as Market, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain, to identify areas for process improvement and customers satisfaction.
-Identifying Process Gaps: The analyst actively seeks out inefficiencies or gaps in the current S2P processes and proposes actionable solutions to enhance efficiency.
-Performance Improvement Initiatives: Identify further opportunities for enhancement, promoting a culture of performance improvement within the organization.
-Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders is crucial to ensure alignment and support for process changes.
-Follow-up with teams related to the S2P Projects prioritizing based on internal teams ans markets needs.

  • Intermediate Portuguese (desirable)

  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and present findings
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to develop and implement solutions to improve service quality.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in reports and action plans.
  • Graduated (or ongoing) in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, PMO or related areas
