Position Snapshot :

 

  • CDI – Full time

  • Nestle Purina– Aubigny (80)

  • Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent 

  • 5 years of experience in an international project environment context within which, projects were defined and budgeted, assessed and implemented (entire project lifecycle) with PMI certification

Position Summary:

 

You will have to lead project execution and coordinate contribution of all stakeholders (from project brief until agreed sustained performance is achieved) by managing a cross-functional team whose objective is to oversee the capital investments relating to the company's fixed assets.

This could involve the relocation and optimizing of the existing fixed asset base and/or the purchase of new fixed assets. It must extend from the initial conceptual studies through to project closeout.

 

 

A day in the life of an Engineering Project Manager role: 

 

• Fulfill Project Brief project chater and PMP and manage the gate principle

• Organize project execution and manage budget 

• Mobilize resources (internal & external)

• Ensure Nestlé standards are applied

• Trigger steering committee (alert)

• Develop and evaluate team members

• Manage and coach project team

• Control project communication

• Manage interactions outside Nestlé

• Support the Vertical Project Manager to review the Vertical Project brief

• Promote development of environment-friendly and sustainable solutions

  • You have a comprehensive view of the whole value chain. Translate the Market business context into a vision of the project needs      

  • You have an highly developed Technical, Communication, Managerial and Leadership skills: Manage multiple simultaneous task, schedule and use critical path; Ability to coach and coordinate team members.

  • You have analytical skills in problem solving

  • You are fluent in English
