Position Summary

 

We are looking for an ambitious Autonomous Maintenance (AM) / Preventive Maintenance (PM) Manager to join the NPPE Wet Factory Division as part of the Manufacturing Excellence team. Based in a NPPE factory, you will provide support and coach on a regional level 6 strategic NPPEMENA factories with different levels of maturity in the Manufacturing Excellence practices. Your role is to enable the Factory Teams to own the Key Standard Routines of AM&PM in particular, Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) in general, to create synergies and facilitate cross –fertilization of AM&PM best practices and learnings between the factories of the NPPE Wet Division.

A day in the life of the AM & PM Manager for Wet Division:

 

  • Coach, during support visits, the Factory Teams on effective application of AM&PM Key Standard Routines
  • Guide factories to adapt their Manufacturing Excellence implementation plans to deliver the best possible results aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Using modern communication and team work tools to regularly follow up on the progress of the implementation plans with Factory and Central Function Teams and adapt the  governance to their level of NCE Maturity
  • Facilitate or participate in cross functional working groups to continuously optimize existing maintenance routines and eventually reduce overall cost
  • As an active member of the NPP EMENA Operations community, maintain and reinforce the AM/PM network with Factories, Central and Functional Team level
  • Shape the NPP EMENA Manufacturing Excellence Roadmap and adapt it to the evolving NCE maturity level
     
What will make you successful

 

  • At least 3 Years’ experience in an operational production or engineering function
  • University Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Experience in Total Performance Management (TPM) in world class manufacturing environment
  • Technical understanding and business acumen in Operations
  • Management experience in a matrix organization & multi-cultural environment
  • Proven skills in teamwork & building strong business relationships
  • Good interpersonal and coaching skills, working with people through people
  • Fluent in English - any other language is a plus
