Position Snapshot
- Physical Location: Bük
- Must have: SAP knowledge
- Working experience: few years
- Language skill: Good standard of spoken and written English
- Job type: full time On-site
- Areas: Method Maintenance Specialist / Pack Production Specialist
- Job rotation every 1/ 1.5 year for the functional and then leadership development – first 2 job rotations within the same site/ country
- Mobility around Europe will be a strong advantage: For example: France, Poland, Hungary, UK, Germany, Italy…

Overall planning and execution of projects

A day in the life of...
- Preparation of investment projects by managing factory and central teammates (expense/scheduling/concept/design)
- Financial planning, follow-up and closing of investment projects
- Defining the schedule plan of investment projects, consultate about it with associate classes, compliance with it, and follow it up
- Defining the concept of the investment project, defining its detailed plan, overview and allowing it
- Installation of lines of machinery
- Creation of technical specififations needed for procurement, support of the procurement process
- On-site management of suppliers, considering safety and hygiene
- Daily transfer/takeover, supervision of work-site
- Arrangement and documentation of transfer/takeover of projects
- Support of production launch
- Support of project closing documents
What will make you successful
- Electrical, machinist, mechatronics or other relevant engineer qualification
- Independence, ability to work independently
- By chance, at least a few years of experience gained on a similar filed
- AutoCAD, MS project and PLC knowledge is an advantage
- Knowledge of standards of technical drawings and documents
- Logical thinking, engineer approach
- Excellent management skills
- Active English knowledge
- Creativity, finding the best solution, reasoning, persuasion
