Position Snapshot:
•    Location: Bük, Vas County
•    Education: Degree/Diploma in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, E&A, Process, Industrial engineering, or similar)
•    Experience in one of the positions: Project Planning, Supply or Production planning; Demand Planning
•    Experience in one of the positions: Language: Fluent English language knowledge
 
Key Responsibilities:
•    Creating a master schedule for an investment for all phases of its implementation.
•    Supervision and cooperation with subcontractors in the preparation of partial construction schedules.
•    Coordination and monitoring of subcontractors' schedules, considering the priorities of the Investment.
•    Verification of subcontractors' schedules.
•    Close cooperation with the Project Manager.
•    Risk assessment analysis for project schedules and identification and presentation of the Critical Path to the project management team.
•    Reporting delays and cooperation in the development of recovery plans.
•    Constant cooperation with the project team and contractors in terms of the schedule
•    Participation and contribution to project progress meetings
•    Verification of the progress of construction works in accordance with the schedules of subcontractors' projects.
•    Compilation and issuing of reports, analysis of deviations and differences from the progress of the schedule.
•    Manage the progress update interface with the team.

 What will make you successful?
•    Degree/Diploma in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, E&A, Process, Industrial engineering, or similar)
•    Experience of projects support with planning activities
•    Understanding of complex organization and projects (focused on electrical installation, manufacturing plan, construction, etc.)
•    Formal Project certification highly desired (like PMP, Prince 2, ITIL, etc.)
•    Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
•    Strong influencing and relationship building skills.
•    Demonstrated presentation skills and ability to communicate complex messages.
•    Demonstrates ownership & accountability.
•    Fluent English knowledge 
•    Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
•    Being proactive and excellent communication skills
•    Ability to work from Bük 
•    Willingness to travel
