We are currently looking for a Regional CCSD Manager to join our NP  teams who will lead to translate category/channel strategy into customer and field sales execution and maximize business performance in his/her respective region(s) by supporting and supervising the field sales team.

 

Main Responsibilities;

 

  • Develop monthly regional operation plan in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager based on the cycle plan (Monthly NPS target, TTS & activity planning)                                                    
  • Ensure TTS is planned and executed align with the strategy for both Regional and Central budget                                                   
  • Responsible for ROI calculation (Pre-Post Evaluation) for Trade Activities                                         
  • Lead the trade asset forecasting process for respective regions together with the solution skus (Channel, machine model, menu, segment)      
  • Manage the trade asset net placement target and solution target among sales supervisor 
  • Support Regional Forecasting Process                                                   
  • Ensure the Teamgerilla, Brand Ambassadors and Field Chefs execution is align with channel and category strategy                                              
  • Responsible for execution of ICP plans for his/her respective region                                             
  • Consolidate and report the competitor activities monthly/quarterly                                            
  • Create and report the monthly scorecard of his/her respective region                                          
  • Analysis and monitor closely channel&category performance to ensure alignment of region and HQ strategy                                                     
  • Support the field team in top 20 customers in his/her respective region                                          
  • Provide input and analyses  identify new channel opportunities                                                   
  • Consolidate and define the regional POP demand and ensure the right allocation among channels and supervisors                           

 

Qualifications required for this position are as follows;

 

  • University degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and / or Key Accounts Management in OOH.
  • Fluent at written and spoken English
