We are currently looking for a Field Operations Executive - Discounter to join our Sales team.

Location: Ankara

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Field Operations Executive - Discounter, you will have the following responsibilities;

• Make regular customer visits in the related region
• Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs (NPS, TTS, distribution, call coverage/frequency, trade spend, Bad Goods, AVAF) for the assigned Area
• Responsible for setting objectives, leading negotiation process with customers (or any other 3rd party partners).
• Execute daily monitoring of customer's performance against defined KPIs (sales, inventory level, order tracking etc)
• Responsible for the execution of the Channel & Category plans at the responsible area & customers. Support the development of Cycle Plans by providing feedback
• Responsible to provide quality and on-time information on demand forecast by customer, report on market dynamics, competitor activities,
• Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including NQMS, NMLP, TTS, Nestle/local Trade policy, local Trade Terms, IC3, Safety and local regulations

Which profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor degree 
• Fluent in English
• 2-3 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and manage distributor
• Capacity to understand all sales functions i.e. CDT, Customer, Field - Had experience in managing Field Sales team
