Field Executive
We are currently looking for a Field Executive to join our Sales Team, who will mainly be the single point of contact for all Sales Operations related aspects (e.g. Field Sales, Distributors, etc) within assigned geographical "Area/Territory" and deliver agreed objectives/targets.
Location: Afyon, Burdur, Isparta
Main Responsibilities;
- Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs (NPS, TTS, distribution, call coverage/frequency, Hit Rate, Drop Size, Bad Goods, AVAF) for the assigned Area, for both General Trade and Modern Trade.
- Responsible for setting objectives, leading negotiation process with Distributors (or any other 3rd party partners). Execute daily monitoring of customer's performance against defined KPIs (sales out, inventory level, order placement on-time etc)
- Responsible for the execution of the Channel Category plans at the POP. Support the development of Cycle Plans by providing feedback
- Responsible for providing quality and on-time information on demand forecast by distributor, report on market dynamics, competitor activities
- Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including NQMS, NMLP, TTS, Nestle/local Trade policy, local Trade Terms, IC3, Safety and local regulations
- Coach, motivate and develop Distributors’ sales force
Qualifications required for this position are as follows;
· University degree
· 2-3 years experience in Marketing or Sales (successfully delivered KPIs over this period)
· Experience in managing Field Sales Team
· Demonstrated ability to lead people and manage the distributor
· Capacity to understand all sales functions, i.e CCSD,Customer,Field
