We have an excellent opportunity for an E&A Engineer to join the factory engineering team in our factory in xxxxxx. Working as a part of a wider engineering team this role is to adapt, troubleshoot or implement our  Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), troubleshoot , improve and maintain our Electrical ,and Automation Infrastructure to enhance business objectives, product quality and our plant performance while ensuring minimal environment impact and our people’s safety. This is really a fantastic role which covers a wide range of Electrical, Automation, MES and Digital activities working with experienced team members who can guide and coach you. 

A day in the life of...  

• Manage the Electrical, Automation & Digital part of projects capital investments from preparation to implementation (technical, costs and resources) 
• Support the production electrician and technician in trouble shooting of Electrical and/or Automation breakdowns of the production line
• Ensure calibration and other E&A maintenance activities are executed with quality and on time
• Use MOC (Management of Changes for electrical, automation or digitalimprovements/changes.)
• Ensure compliance regarding all applicable Nestle and legal standards of our Electrical, Automation and MES installations.
• Provide or organize training for the technician and electrician on E, A and MES topics as well as PM methodology
• Perform root cause analysis together with the technician/electricians and operators, including the implementation of preventive actions.

What will make you successful  

• Passionate about E, A and MES, proactive and result focused.
• Participate in development of engineering projects as part of a multidisciplinary team (preferably including different products and technologies in E&A areas) 

• Experienced required in : Electricity, Process Control, Loop Tuning, Instrumentation & PLC/HMI Programming 

• Ideally exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning or execution
