We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance System Specialist to join our Balıkesir Factory team.

Location: Balıkesir

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Quality Assurance System Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;

• SAP Quality Module Superuser: Act as the SAP QM Superuser, ensuring end-to-end functionality, system stability (Health Check), and process efficiency. Coordinate with IT, Production and relevant stakeholders for system improvements and user support.
• Product Release Management: Follow up finished product and semi-finished product analytical results on a Purchase Order (PO) basis, ensuring timely and accurate release decisions in SAP. Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve any data or documentation gaps.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze quality data across production processes. Identify trends and deviations, preparing regular reports to support decision-making at management level.
• Customer Complaint Management: Manage customer complaints within the quality system, conduct root cause analyses, and ensure robust and sustainable corrective actions are implemented. Provide timely responses in alignment with quality and consumer expectations.
• Compliance Support: Ensure that quality operations are compliant with Nestlé Quality Standards (NQMS), regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Support internal and external audit readiness and participate in audit processes as needed.
• System Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of data entry and quality transactions in SAP, lead simplification and error-reduction initiatives, and contribute to process optimization projects.
• Training and User Support: Provide SAP QM training and ongoing support to the Quality team and other relevant users. Ensure proper system usage and understanding of quality transaction flows.
• Contribution to Continuous Improvement Projects: Support Nestlé Continuous Excellence and digital transformation initiatives through data-driven quality improvements, defect reduction, and standardization efforts.

Which profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field,
• Proven experience in SAP Quality Module (preferably in a superuser capacity),
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance in the food or FMCG industry,
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and preferably Power BI,Excellent command of English
• Living in Balıkesir or willing to move to Balıkesir
