As a HoA, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth across categories and channels, ensuring excellence in distributor operations, and shaping the future of our market presence.

A Day in the Life as Head of Area

  • Lead, develop, and manage distributor operations, ensuring infrastructure, manpower, and facilities are optimized to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive salesman productivity through effective calls, SKU penetration, customer base expansion, and outlet activation, supported by a robust rewards system.
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers by continuously reviewing and enhancing in‑store execution.
  • Define effective coverage strategies (AVA & Non‑Direct) to support area infrastructure.
  • Ensure KPI implementation and distributor grading through close coordination and regular reviews.
  • Provide timely insights on demand forecasts, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Handle consumer complaints, liaise with local authorities, and lead territory improvement projects.
  • Develop strategies to reduce market returns and ensure flawless distributor claim processes.
  • Monitor distributor invoice settlements to prevent overdue cases.
  • Uphold compliance with company policies and government regulations.

What Makes You Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) from any major.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in field sales.
  • Willingness to be assigned across Indonesia.
  • Active driving license (SIM A).
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of field sales functions (territory management, distributor processes, salesman productivity, execution across channels).
  • Confidence in English communication is an advantage.
