The Role
As Regional Manager – ADI, you will lead the regional delivery, deployment, and management of Analytics, Data, Integration, Automation, and AI capabilities across your zone.
Based in the Bangalore hub, this role is a critical leadership position responsible for managing regional & global teams ( as a site lead with functional line to their product leads in Global hubs ), influencing global product roadmaps, and ensuring high‑quality, cost‑effective delivery through both internal teams in IT, NBS and strategic partners.
You will act as the regional ambassador for ADI, balancing global standards with local market needs, while driving adoption, operational excellence, and continuous improvement at scale.
What You’ll Do
As a Regional Manager – ADI, you will:
- Lead and develop regional ADI teams, fostering a high‑performance, inclusive, and customer‑centric culture
- Drive deployment and execution of ADI products and solutions in line with global strategies and priorities in Zone AOA
- Own the regional project and delivery portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities, timelines, and budgets when Global products don’t meet the specificities
- Ensure operational excellence by reducing incident volumes, improving resolution effectiveness, and meeting agreed service levels
- Act as the primary regional interface to global Product Groups, influencing roadmaps based on market and business needs on both platforms as well as Data & AI products
- Manage and influence strategic partners (e.g. system integrators and service providers) to ensure high‑quality delivery and operations as you would be collocated with many of them
- Oversee regional automation and AI delivery in collaboration with centralized AI factories and capability hubs
- Champion adoption, utilization, and legacy decommissioning to maximize value from ADI platforms
- Build strong relationships with Zone AOA, Markets, Product Groups, and IT leadership to ensure seamless integration and execution

What Will Make You a Great Fit?

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong senior‑level experience in Data & AI teams with regional or global scope
- Proven people leadership experience, including building, developing, and leading high‑performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes in a matrix organization
- Experience managing large delivery portfolios, budgets, and external partners
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience with large‑scale automation, AI, or data platform programs
- Bring strong domain knowhow in atleast 2-3 key functional domains like Marketing, Sales, Operations
- Have worked in a global, multicultural, or shared‑services environment
- Strong CPG or neighbourhood industry experience like Retail or life science
