In order to help complete our Regional Business Solution-AOA Technical & Production team, we are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst.
In this position, you will establish and maintain a connection between IS/IT and Packaging Sustainability business Consumers and Customers. As part of the Regional and Product Group Team, you will ensure a deep understanding of opportunities and issues facing business functions and advise on the best way to deploy and improve IT solutions. Furthermore, you will translate business needs, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements and will play a key role within the Product Group Team to specify, test and deploy those IS/IT solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate functional requirements from Nestle markets, collaborate with the product team to write functional specifications, test the functionalities when they are delivered from the development team before deploying to markets under the umbrella of Packaging Environmental Sustainability (PES) products
- Write market specific test scripts, build prototypes and test solutions
- Support the maintenance of products in collaboration with the Product team
- Identify, request, test and implement changes to current systems with the objective to ensure compliance, improve performance and/or usability
- Collaborate with 3rd level of support of Packaging Environmental Sustainability products, analyzing and resolving incidents.
- Support the on-boarding and training of new team members
- Ensures that the Markets, and local IT teams in the region are supported in the deployment of Packaging Sustainability products.
- Collaborate on the creation of training materials for the Product
- Deliver training to the end users
- Support the analysis and resolution of products issues in collaboration with the 3rd level sustain teams
- Coach, motivate and direct staff belonging to various organizations (business and IS/IT) to understand the business needs and find the best solution that will both align with the customer objectives and the IS/IT strategy
- Partner with Markets and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements
- Partner with the BRM and Product Group to facilitate both strategy and innovation planning with business stakeholders
- Consult with Product Group teams and proposes alternative solutions
Required Profile
- At least 10 years’ experience with Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, Sciences or Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent) M.B.A. preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience Packaging Environmental Sustainability (PES) products or solutions including:-
- SAP Recycling Environment Administration (REA)
- SAP Responsible Design and Production (launched end of 2021)
- Knowledge of the calculation of extended producer responsibility (EPR) scheme fees and packaging taxes
- Reputational crisis management and brand value retention
- Communicating the progress made in Plastic’s Stewardship commitments both internally and externally
- Expertise in configuration, implementation of best practices and knowledge of the latest functionalities available (i.e. Fiori, Personas etc.)
- Knowledge of MS Power-BI and SAP BO reporting tools is a plus
- Usage of MS Project and MS Office tools
- Extensive project management experience
- Extensive business experience in Packaging Sustainability is beneficial
- Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology
- Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards
- Understanding of modeling techniques
- Understanding of business processes and ability to translate it into application requirements.
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
