CLOUD EXPERT- ORACLE

We are looking for a Cloud Expert- Oracle to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team.

The Role:

Under the supervision and guidance of the Product Owner, the Cloud Expert brings deep technical expertise to the platform team, with a primary focus on the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise cloud landing zones. S/He ensures that landing zones provide secure, scalable, resilient, and standardized foundations for cloud workloads, aligned with Nespresso’s architecture, security, networking, compliance, automation, and financial governance requirements.

Working at the leading edge of cloud technology, the Cloud Expert performs technical assessments and preliminary studies, helping the Product Owner and Platform Manager define the technological direction, roadmap, and standards for the platform.

S/He supports the delivery and sustainment of complex cloud capabilities, including account and subscription provisioning, identity and access integration, network connectivity, security controls, policy enforcement, logging and monitoring, tagging, cost-management controls, and Infrastructure as Code automation. S/He may be accountable for specific platform deliverables or lead technical activities within their area of expertise.

S/He ensures that landing zones remain operational, compliant, maintainable, and aligned with evolving business and technology requirements.

In This Role, You Will:

• Collaborate with multiple teams to implement the Cloud solutions to empower Nespresso Applications.
• Develop and maintain the necessary IaC to deploy Nespresso Infrastructure.
• Ensure optimal end-to-end delivery of IaC to Cloud providers by understanding and overseeing the delivery pipeline.
• Mentor Platform teams in the optimal usage of IaC and GitOps within the scope of the landing zones.
• Work closely with DevOps, development teams and suppliers to secure that the value planned will be delivered in the most optimal way.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrable experience working with multiple Cloud Providers. Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in hands-on IaC development. Extensive experience with Terraform and Terraform module libraries is a must.
• Demonstrable experience working in enterprise-scale Cloud deployments including fundamentals of cloud-native identity, Networking and Security.
• Experience designing and operating cloud landing zones at scale, including subscription/account architecture, network segmentation, identity integration, and operational controls.
• Demonstrable experience working with DevOps, GitOps, and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience troubleshooting complex cloud environments and driving technical investigations across infrastructure, networking, identity, and automation domains.
• Strong problem-solving and solution design skills, with the ability to balance security, scalability, operational excellence, and developer experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of complex technical challenges, and drive initiatives from concept to delivery with minimal supervision.
• Experience in effective communication at different level in the organization and in English.

• CI/CD Pipeline Integration: Proficiency in integrating solutions into Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring seamless updates and deployments.
• Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual and diverse teams.

• Experience with Azure Cloud.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools to improve productivity, code quality, documentation, and automation workflow
