Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Operations Lead to join our Connectivity & Voice – Network Protection team. The candidate will possess extensive expertise in network protection technologies, including Firewalls, Authentication & Directory Services, VPNaaS, FWaaS, and Remote Access. Strong vendor management skills are essential to ensure partners deliver Run IT Operations and Compliance, respecting SLA-SLOs. Additionally, expertise in Problem and Incident Management is required to manage vendors during critical changes and incidents.
As part of our Connectivity & Voice Network Protection Global team, you will:
- Oversee and manage the operations of network protection core Platforms such as Security Gateways, Authentication & Directory Services, Personal Connectivity (VPNaaS, FWaaS, Internert Browsing and Remote Access)
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Ensure vendors deliver Run IT Operations and Compliance, adhering to SLA-SLOs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and audits to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Lead and coordinate global operations to ensure seamless network protection.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Expertise in managing critical changes and incidents.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement best practices for incident response and problem resolution.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
What will make you successful?
- Proven experience as a Operations Lead and or similar role, with a focus on network security and protection.
- expertise in firewall technologies, VPN connectivity, and personal connectivity services.
- In-depth knowledge of ITSM and Vendor Management
- Familiarity with industry-standard security frameworks, such ISO/IEC 27001, and CIS.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- STRONG Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Practical experience working in DevOps organizations with applied Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
- Good organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time.
