The role
As an IS/IT BCM Operations Manager, you will be accountable for the continuous value delivery of BCM Product platforms and practices in AOA and Greater China. You’ll oversee implementation, promotion and embedding of BCM & Risk Management across the Zone (in the Business and IT) to contribute to Nestlé resiliency.
What you’ll do
- Ensure BCM and IT Continuity Standards, Strategy and methodology to the involved operations in the Zone (Head Office, Factories, DC’s, Functional Areas, Business Units and IT)
- Promote, disseminate and embed BIA and BCP/Disaster Recovery within the Markets in the Zone to proactively assure an adequate resilience to business disruption/interruption or the loss of strategic supply/supplies.
- Coach on BCP/Disaster Recovery Plan creation, review, training and validation
- Provide guidance for High availability tests, Data Recovery Tests and if required coordinate failover exercises/simulations.
- Partner with IT Security teams for Cyber-attack scenarios testing.

Minimum qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years industry experience in Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery.
- Strong IS/IT operations acumen, including cross-domain knowledge.
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in working with cultural diversity: respect for various cultures and understanding how to work with a variety of cultures in the most effective way.
Bonus Points If You:
- Hold a BCI, DRI or ISO 22301 certification.
- Understand the Business End to End processes.
