About the Role:

As an IT Senior Business Analyst, you will be the partner of business from IT, ensuring a deep understanding of business needs, opportunities and issues, advising on the best solutions, and performing or managing the delivery of the solutions to business.  The role provides IT customers’ experience in working with IT teams, from sustain support to IT product evolution and solution/project implementation.  You will support the regional IT team in delivering innovation, digital transformation and efficiency through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Support the development of technology strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Operational Excellence: Collect, analyse, document and test program development and process flows.
• Team Coaching: Coach the virtual team to find the best solutions that align with customer objectives and IT strategy.

• Business Relationship and Stakeholder Management:  Partner with business, market FRM (Function Relationship Manager) and IT Product Team to translate business requirements into IT solutions.

• Security & Compliance: Ensure security and compliance requirements are considered in solution design.
• Governance: adhere to the governance, guide and reinforce the virtual team and business on the way of working.
• Escalation Management and support Vendor Performance Management

A Day in the Life of ‘IT Senior Business Analyst – Supply Chain, Customer Service’

You will have an immediate impact on the day one working in the largest Food & Beverage company in the world bringing efficiency to our Business Partners (Markets) and an ongoing impact on contribution to our overall growth.

You will collaborate with Nestle Businesses (Markets Business Partners), IT communities, Stakeholders and Vendor Partners:

• to enlighten our Receivers at Brilliant at Basic (RUN-IT supports)
• to embrace new IT Operating Model and way of working  
• to participate and support team to implement and scale/rollout strategic Big Bets Portfolio, Must Win Battles, prioritized and aligned Business/IT Joint Technology Roadmap (JTR) to contribute E2E Business Value Chain benefits and jointly drive Digitalization Transformation to improve efficiency and productivity
• to lead the discussions with Nestle Businesses in Joint Technology Roadmap (JTR) planning & design sessions; work with MFRM (Market Function Relationship Manager), Business Partners, Solution Architect, Product Team and/or Vendors as needed.
• to apply and reinforce the governance to ensure the relevant function standards, guidelines, run-books/SOP and compliance requirements are followed
• Senior Stakeholders management
• Vendor management - guide external vendors to effectively meet business needs and drive for continuous improvement.
• to ensure E2E integration components meet and follow proper design, performance and capacity standards

What will make you successful?

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related discipline; M.B.A. preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, with strong understand in Business processes, able to connect the End-to-End upstream & downstream integration flow,  and strong in project management experience.  
• Strong experience in Agile/DevOps environments and design thinking methodology. 
• Experience in Artificial intelligence technology, digital transformation project add value.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global environment.
