The role:

You will have the opportunity to bring the latest cutting-edge technologies through Global IT solutions in Finance to Nestle Markets in Zone AOA in line with Group strategy. The latest technology solutions will ensure operational efficiency while keeping Nestle safe, sustainable and competitive in the marketplace. You will also have the chance to work with 14 markets in Zone AOA, lead your team and work with IT Partners to deliver IT support services to ensure Nestle’s Business continues to operate without disruption. This allows our Finance teams to continue to focus on supporting Nestle to win in the marketplace.

What you’ll do:

As Regional IT Manager Finance Technology AOA you will: - lead the implementation of Finance technologies across 14 Markets. You will lead Group cross functional initiatives where Finance in AOA must contribute to the outcome i.e S4, Enterprise Data Warehouse, etc. You will help manage the operations and deliver with IT Partners the support needed for our IT Systems in AOA, so Nestle’s business continues without disruptions. You will also lead the Regional IT Finance team, inspire the Global IT Finance team in Bangalore and work closely with Market Functional Relationship Managers.

•           Manage the outcome of ambitious Finance objectives across Zone AOA and a team that connects Market support needs to the IT sustain Partners

•           Collaborate with Market Functional Relationship managers in 14 Nestle Markets in Zone AOA (Asia, Oceania, Africa) and Vendor manage our partners

• Manage/Lead 15 regional team members, 6 global team members and dotted line with 14 Market Functional relationship managers
• Collaborate with the Global IT Finance, IT AOA Leadership team, the IT Hub Leadership team, 14 Business Relationship managers, Market Finance teams including the CFOs, Zone CFO and multiple external partners.

What will make you a great fit?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in IT and business/industry, including experience in IS/IT Operations, Finance business operations and leadership responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience in leading projects, and performance to achieve key metrics on time with quality.
• Experience in leading people and influencing with integrity your peers, teams, stakeholders and partners.
• Experience in effective communication at different level in the organization, outside the company using native English.
