The Role:
By joining Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team, you will be working on the technology powering the Nespresso eCommerce business. You will work in a direct-to-customer context with significant volumes and traffic and a very rich feature offering, being part of a large engineering organization with direct impact to the online business.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive SAP CDC Operator to join our Identity Provider Platform team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and configuring the SAP Customer Data Cloud (SAP CDC, formerly Gigya) platform. You will ensure that identity and registration processes run smoothly and secured across our digital ecosystem.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with SAP CDC or similar identity platforms, understands how to manage configurations, and enjoys troubleshooting incidents in complex integrated environments.
In This Role, You Will:
- Monitor the SAP CDC platform to ensure availability, performance, and data integrity.
- Check and validate platform configurations, including data schemas, policies, screen sets, API integrations, and security features such as SAP CDC RBA (Risk Based Authentication).
- Apply configuration changes and updates in alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Investigate and resolve incidents related to authentication, registration, and user profile management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and SAP support for issue escalation and resolution.
- Perform routine health checks and maintain operational dashboards and reports.
- Document configuration changes, troubleshooting steps, and operational procedures.
- Support new market rollouts or platform deployments, ensuring configuration consistency and quality.
- Contribute to testing activities for new features or updates, ensuring compliance with security and data privacy standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Practical experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya) or similar Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platforms.
- Solid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, SSO, JWT, etc.).
- Basic experience with JSON, REST APIs, and JavaScript-based configurations.
- Familiarity with incident and change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders.

- Awareness of data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Used to work under pressure during incidents: stay focused, prioritize the resolution of incident.
- Experience working in international, cross-functional teams with Agile methodologies.
