Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in distributor sales management (LMT 75% and Distributor 25%) in Beverage
Has driving license
A DAY IN THE LIFE...
- Achieve customer sales plan for assigned accounts
- Track daily sales performance vs. targets, including sell-in and sell-out
- Conduct regular store visits according to route plans
- Ensure effective in‑field execution and resolve operational issues
- Monitor FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and stock aging at store level
- Work closely with distributors and merchandisers to ensure standard execution
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience in local distributor management or direct accounts
- Experience in FMCG Sales is a must
- Solid experience in managing direct accounts
- Strong distributor and account management skills
- Ability to analyze sales performance and take corrective actions
- Able to work in the assigned area
- Has driving license
