Main Purpose of Job
- Responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team to achieve agreed sales targets, business KPIs, and strategic objectives within assigned territories.
- Drive execution excellence by translating commercial and marketing strategies into effective field action plans, optimizing customer engagement and resource allocation.
- Build a best-in-class sales organization through coaching, capability development, performance management, and a culture of continuous learning, while strengthening relationships with key healthcare professionals, institutions, and KOLs to support sustainable business growth.

- Deliver Sales & Business Targets: Drive achievement of agreed sales targets, market share, and business KPIs across assigned territories through effective territory and account management.
- Execute Commercial Strategy with Excellence: Translate company and marketing strategies into field execution plans, ensuring consistent implementation of account plans, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Build a High-Performing and Best-in-Class Sales Team: Develop team capabilities through training and coaching, field accompaniment, lead competent MD and/or Nutrition Executives in achieving business objectives, continuity and growth as well as professional/personal development and career planning so as to identify candidates for succession planning and increase individual and team productivity
- Optimize Sales Force Effectiveness and Productivity to Drive Sustainable Sales Growth: Maximize sales force productivity and business impact through effective territory planning, Customer segmentation, Customer prioritization, resource optimization, and utilization of CRM and sales effectiveness tools, ensuring focused execution, stronger customer engagement, and sustainable sales growth.
- Strengthen Customer, KOL and Institutional Engagement: Develop sustainable partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), key prescribers, and healthcare institutions to drive advocacy, recommendation, and business growth.
- Optimize Commercial Investment and Resource Allocation: Drive effective investment planning and resource allocation by prioritizing high-impact opportunities, ensuring all commercial investments are aligned with business objectives, optimized for return on investment, and contribute to sustainable sales growth.
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Nurse, Pharmacist or other Science
- At least 5 years’ experience in field operation management in pharmaceutical or nutritional business with solid experience in leading and managing teams.
- Has independently managed top health officials in developing and building long-term relationships including (Surgeons, physicians, dieticians, pharmacists, etc.) to ancillary staff such as nurses and paramedics.
- Managed independently under challenging/demanding market environments to achieve and exceed goals
- Good convincing, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills
- Good command of English
- Able to travel within the assigned regions and hold a valid driving license
