 A DAY IN THE LIFE...

 

  • Establish Nespresso as the leading coffee brand in the Out of Home segment.
  • Develop a competitive B2B Channel in the market to manage sustainable, profitable growth in a proactive way, implementing the regional strategy by seizing business opportunities and coordinating the team and related support functions effectively.
  • Strategy and Execution:
    • Implement and execute business vision and strategy for the Nespresso B2B business in the market as defined in collaboration with the Regional Office
    • Develop, implement and monitor annual B2B operational plan with the Regional Office
    • Collect market & competitive intelligence and transmit to regional management, present the market and its specificities at a regional level
    • Effectively collaborate with B2C Division in view to overall brand/business development and management of shared services
  • Commercial Drive:
    • Achieve annual commercial, marketing and financial objectives.
    • Implement international commercial guidelines (e.g. Sales and Trade Terms, Channel guidelines, SF remuneration, etc.).
    • Coordinate with the Region's Marketing (CRM) and CRC function to guarantee high standards of customer relationship management.
    • Active participation in the Consensus Demand Planning process, to coordinate and ensure with Supply Chain the adequate supply of machines, coffee, accessories etc. to ensure provision to B2B customers.
  • P&L Management:
    • Continuously monitor budget spend (PFME, CAPEX & GENEX) as per Operational Plan (OP) in terms of quantitative achievements vs targets and qualitative respect of corporate audit guidelines in collaboration with Finance. 
    • Ensure & monitor consistency of validated FTE capacity.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial, Economics or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar position of at least 3-5 years
  • Broad commercial experience
  • Direct sales experience in a similar business model
  • Line Management Experience in similar environment
  • Stakeholder management in a matrix organization
  • Strong financial knowledge with P&L accountability
