A DAY IN THE LIFE...

 

  • Regularly deep dive review on local distributor efficiency which detail into regional/LTPs/selling unit level which cover all key KPI
  • Sharing best practice of each KPIs and recommend action to the rest Local distributors.
  • Regularly, provide data for regional review performance which cover business performance (Sales/MKT Share/SSF) and operation efficiency (OSA/AVA). 
  • Manpower study to cope with current & future portfolio.
  • Reallocate resources, put the right man at the right place with the right number to maximize performance of each team

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (i.e. Sales) or related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in sales GT or sales operation/development
  • Direct experience in develop dashboard and score cade is preferably
  • Able to communicate in English with good computer skills (MS-Office applications)
