A DAY IN THE LIFE...

 

  • Enable Nestle Indochina to focus on business results by executing performance analysis of various sales channels and data sources. Then propose measurable activities to improve performance.
  • Activate Nestle Indochina's digital marketing measurement and technology strategy across several consumer contact points, including social media, display, CRM/email, search, ecommerce,and personalized content communications.
  • Manage database agency and develop market's actionable data strategy to drive business and brand impact.
  • Support Head of eBusiness and team to scope, design, execute, measure and improve impact of data powered marketing and sales efforts.
  • Translate data insights into actions and decision that will drive revenue, brand impact, user growth, engagement and overall marketing and sales effectiveness.
  • Develop, maintain and adjust forecasting models to ensure accurate prescriptive analysis and planning, and optimal investment allocation, e.g. by ensuring that the relevant formulas are implemented based on historical data, seasonality, and business variables.
  • Analyze the online path to registration and the path to purchase (to improve conversion funnel, and to find winning combinations regarding menu/pages/section/placement/creative) in close collaboration with ecommerce agency partner.
  • Ensure the tracking of A/B & MV testing scenarios for subscription packages to optimize creative, CTA and conversion.
  • Advise on possible outcomes before sales decisions are made, by quantifying the effect of future decisions.
  • Provide insight and actionable recommendations to Head of eBusiness to support in business steering (e.g. to drive acquisition, traffic and sales, both online and offline)
  • Develop quantitative analysis, tools, ad hoc reports, and models to support marketing decision making. Analysis areas might include areas such as retention, sentiment, lifetime value, messaging, promotions, usage, and engagement.
  • Design data visualization such as charts, infographic, and dashboards to communicate findings and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Help the organization strategize and deliver data driven personalization initiatives by configuring technology and data integrations.
  • Stay current on the latest tools and industry developments across digital marketing analytics as well as the various digital media channels and provide strategic recommendations when appropriate.
ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative Field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Applied Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, or Finance
  • 3-5 years of solid experience in analytics, metrics gathering, reporting, and other related software is a must
  • 1-2 years of experience in A/B and MV testing management
  • Proficiency in predictive modeling, forecasting and other statistical analyses and related software
  • Must have knowledge in Data Visualization (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.), Data Management Platforms (Krux, Adobe Audience Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.), Web Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.), and Testing Tools (Target, Maxymizer, Optimizely, etc.)
  • Good English & Thai communication is a must
  • Experience in multi-channel environment
