Business Unit/Division: Nestlé Nutrition Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management 
5+ years of experience in product management in nutrition business
Good English & Thai communication is a must

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE...

 

  •        Develop CRM objectives, strategies and plan to support business goal aligned with marketing theme and strategy.
  •        Develop and implement digital CRM programs to support consumer activities which included online offline of recruitment & retention campaign.
  •        Track Consumer behavior. Develop report and presentation to related parties.
  •        Develop, organize and implement promotional and educational support materials directed at the consumer in consultation with marketing to increase the user base and retain current users of the Company’s nutritional products.
  •        Establish a system for the analysis of the effectiveness of all CRM programs, collate the required information, conduct analysis of these programs and measuring the success rate.
  •        Manage, control and maximize CRM budget.
  •        Develop, maintain, monitor and continuously update the database.
  •        Ensure that products and services offered through CRM activities are in compliance with local legislative requirements.
  •        Plan and carry out other duties as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  •        University Degree in Business Administration other related fields.
  •        Master Degree will be a plus.
  •        Nutrition / Science Based Degree will be a plus.
  •        Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Customer Relationship Management
  •        Good command of English
