5+ years of experience in product management in nutrition business

A DAY IN THE LIFE...
- Develop CRM objectives, strategies and plan to support business goal aligned with marketing theme and strategy.
- Develop and implement digital CRM programs to support consumer activities which included online offline of recruitment & retention campaign.
- Track Consumer behavior. Develop report and presentation to related parties.
- Develop, organize and implement promotional and educational support materials directed at the consumer in consultation with marketing to increase the user base and retain current users of the Company’s nutritional products.
- Establish a system for the analysis of the effectiveness of all CRM programs, collate the required information, conduct analysis of these programs and measuring the success rate.
- Manage, control and maximize CRM budget.
- Develop, maintain, monitor and continuously update the database.
- Ensure that products and services offered through CRM activities are in compliance with local legislative requirements.
- Plan and carry out other duties as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
ARE YOU A FIT?
- University Degree in Business Administration other related fields.
- Master Degree will be a plus.
- Nutrition / Science Based Degree will be a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Customer Relationship Management
- Good command of English
