A DAY IN THE LIFE...

 

  • Help define strategies and plans that deliver Category/Sub-Category growth based on consumer, shopper and customer requirements
  • Assist in identifying priority channels for the Category/Sub-Category and work with Channel Manager to recommend tailored Category Channel plans in line with overall market strategy
  • Assist in developing and proposing the in-store vision of success for the Category/Sub-Category in each channel. Support its implementation and continuously review the effectiveness of our in-store actions.
  • Recommend actionable in-store solutions based on a clear understanding on shopper behavior within Category/Sub-Category
  • Help recommend clear promotional guidelines based on shopper understanding and current market knowledge
  • Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies
ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or other related fields
  • 3 years of working experience in category development, trade marketing, or other related areas
  • Highly proficient in MS. Excel
  • Strong passion in numbers and data
  • Very good commercial mindset. Able to find the linkage between data and profitable business result
  • Direct experience in Trade Marketing from FMCG Industry is a plus
  • Result-oriented and possess ‘getting-things-done’ mindset
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good command of English and Thai is a must
