A DAY IN THE LIFE...

  • Develop and enable the execution of the Category agenda across Channels (inc. Key Customers) to support long term Category growth and profitably increase market share based on Shopper and Customer requirements.

  • Develop and execute channel/customer plans to contribute and support operational targets delivery (organic growth and Market Share)

  • Accountable and Responsible for implementing activities that deliver Category/ sub-category growth based on consumer insight, shopper insight and customer requirements.

  • Develop Category plans (4Ps+C activities) by Channel including Cycle Plan.

  • Accountable and Responsible for working with Shopper Understanding & Activation team and Channel team to develop the in-store vision of success (Perfect Store) for the category/sub-category in each channel.

  • Recommends actionable in-store solutions to support in-store vision. Supports its implementation and continuously review the effectiveness of our in-store actions.

  • Accountable for proposing optimal Trade spend budgets for category by channel. Ensure all Trade spend investment is properly reviewed and evaluated.

  • Accountable and Responsible for recommending clear promotional guidelines based on shopper understanding and current market knowledge.

  • Accountable and Responsible for monitoring promotional trends, initiatives and competitor actions by Category/ sub-category, priority channels and strategic customers. Identify and recommend promotional opportunities for Nestle categories and Brands.

  • Accountable and Responsible for developing selling stories, preparing and implementing new product trade launch plan, including NPD roadshow with key customer as well as conducting pre and post evaluation.

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or other related fields

  • Minimum 3 years of working' experience

  • Strong passion in category development 

  • Very good commercial mindset. Able to find the linkage between data and profitable business result

  • Direct experience in Category Development/Trade Marketing from FMCG Industry

  • Result-oriented and possess ‘getting-things-done’ mindset

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Good command of English
