MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To manage and grow existing foodservice accounts by building strong relationships, identifying upselling opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Focus on maximizing account value, improving client satisfaction, and driving sustainable revenue growth within the assigned territory.

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE...

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Execute flawlessly promotional activities and support product & machine demonstration. Monitor sales performance and machine productivity.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers and increase product penetration across accounts. Conduct regular client visits, calls, and check-ins to understand evolving needs. Resolve issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing foodservice customers.  Identify opportunities to expand product usage and introduce new offerings. 
  • Work closely with Account Executives and other team members to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in foodservice sales
  • Demonstrated success in growing existing accounts and meeting sales targets
  • Experience working with distributors, chefs, and purchasing managers
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
  • Familiarity with FMCG or foodservice industry is a plus.
