Quality Compliance and NPP Quality Management for whole NPP (5 Factories in TH, NZ, AUS and China)

 

 

A DAY IN A LIFE...

 

  • Define together with NPP AOA Head of Quality the strategy and focus areas to ensure Competitive Quality,Compliance and support timely delivery of I2L Projects on a Quality standpoint.
  • Drive Competitive Quality and Category Quality Excellence
    • Drive consumer and IMS complaints reduction projects
    • Responsible for Q-compliance verifications for NPP Catagory standards in AOA factories.
    • Ensure site audit preparedness and readiness when it comes to NIA / FSA audits.
    • Support NPP factories in AOA on reference & alternative methods (i.e. NIR, CEM). Assume the role of 'Alternative Methods Champion' for NPP AOA.
    • Develop catagory specific skill matrix for Key Quality Positions and coordinate the trainings.
  • Support the Innovation to Launch NPD activities
    • Support and review Food Safety & Quality assessment before the Business Case (BC) Gate decision.
    • Ensure Compliance of new products (Technical Acceptance support) and preliminary HACCP & QMS robustness. Assist new product release.
    • Assume the role of 'Nutrients Delivery Management PetCare Champion' for NPP AOA.
  • Provide Pet Food Safety / Veterinary skills
    • Provide necessary support on PetCare related issues and crisis management
    • Assist the management of sensitive complaints
    • Entertain the PetCare Early Warning network
    • Management of the Regional Chemical Contaminants Surveillance Plan

 

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • University graduate or equivalent (preferred food science related)
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a quality leadership role in a food or petfood factory (petfood experience is a plus)
  • Experience in successfully implementing defect reduction projects
  • Demonstrated capability to lead a group of experienced professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively address serious/controversial issues at appropriate management levels
