Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Functions / 2 years of which in Customer Supply Chain with Good English & Thai Communication

 

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE…

  • Maintain the contacts with the customer either by being based or in remote (telcos & spot visits), with or without access to the Customer's systems
  • Gain insight into the Customer’s operations
  • Understand Customer's needs
  • Understand the Customer's KPIs and the way of measuring them 
  • Monitor the PPIs and KPIs that support the Perfect Order Cycle
  • Ensure wastes and inefficiencies are eliminated from order processing
  • Facilitate timely deliveries and no outstanding payments through orders follow-up
  • Develop joint projects and activities to Close the GAP (Master data Alignment, Inventory, Replenishment, OSA & Freshness, etc.)
  • Deliver supply chain excellence by implementing continuous improvement projects and routines
  • Escalate problem solving and facilitate the expert-to-expert contacts between Nestlé and the Customer's teams
  • Align cross functional team e.g Sales, Supply Chain functions to drive improvements with customers
  • Contribute the acquired insight to develop skus and packaging which fit the Customer's expectations

 

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Functions
  • Experience 2 years of which in Customer Supply Chain
  • Exposure within Sales and/or Retail Account would be beneficial
  • Good command in English communication with computer skills (MS-Office applications e.g. Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Result-oriented with strong selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Passionate, persevere and self-motivated
