A DAY IN THE LIFE...
 

Deliver Supply Chain value creation for Nestlé and the Customer by:

- Solve root causes of failures throughout the O2C E2E process with the customer
- Understanding Customer KPIs, agree targets with the Customer, and report regularly against these targets- Understanding and raise awareness of the Customer's Supply Chain and its alignment to Nestlé’s Supply Chain
- Build Customer Trust

Drive cross functional alignment:

- In partnership with Sales and across Supply Chain, define and lead a common customer strategy.
- Be the coordinator of multi-functional teams during execution of Idea to Launch (Concept Creation to final delivery)
- Working with Sales Manager, define joint improvement plans with Customers to enhance Nestlé's "ability to win", supported by CFSC methodology

 Be a Supply Chain ambassador for Nestlé and the Customer:

- Drive success of On Shelf Availability and Online Availability, On Shelf Freshness and Distributor Stock Availability
- Use eRetailer available data (daily sell out, inventory level, geographical sales, customer forecasts, etc...) to help improve forecasting and stock levels in collaboration with DSP.
- Be the eRetailers main point of contact for Supply Chain (e.g ensure Supply Chain priorities and measures are followed in Joint Business Plans with key customers)
- Highlight the business opportunities for both Nestlé and the Customer, in creating competitive gaps through supply chain value creation.
- Drive all other Supply Chain Customer efficiency initiatives (eContent management, Use of data standards
- GDSN, eCommerce Friendly Packs, Cost to Serve, Collaborative Planning, CO2 & Sustainability, Customer Based Coordinators) and represent Nestlé in the industry.
- Understanding the route to Market for products sold online in the local market. Analyze risks with other functions (QA, Regulatory, Legal) and escalate the potential issues to the eRetailer or to local authorities if need be.


 

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in customer facing or supply chain improvement project or distribution planning
  • Project management experience to implementation of major project/s or change program.
  • Commercial and Supply Chain understanding and knowledge.
  • Excellent in English.
