A DAY IN THE LIFE...

• Support through delivering high quality reporting and analysis as agreed business unit reporting and analytical functions. This includes Monthly Performance Report, Monthly KPI dashboard, Monthly Dynamic Forecast P&L, Selling Price Calculation, Other KPIs related to the categories and business units.
• Establish financial forecast based on output from Monthly Sales Review
• Conduct Monthly Gap Review meeting and present to management team in Monthly Forecast Review meeting
• Work closely with cross-functions to identify risks & opportunities to deliver business results as plan
• Prepare with insightful analysis on key financial figures & KPIs for Business units
• Actively participate in trouble shooting and issue resolution relating to reporting
• Participating corporate projects as required:
• Portfolio optimization & Value Destroyers
• Marketing spends effectiveness (Pre-Post Evaluation)
• Feasibility studies for the management’s decision (i.e. new product launch, Supplier Relationship Management, etc.) including investments
• Ensure efficiency, compliance and quality of Management Accounting processes with regard to speed, resources used and quality of the output
• Develop a good understanding of the business unit products, brands, people, customers, plans etc.

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields, MBA is preferable
• 5 years experience in Financial Analyst, Business Analyst or Auditing
• Good command and effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
• Experience in Financial and business analysis, Management Accounting concept
• Strong Leadership, management skills and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of product portfolio and brand profitability
