Direct experience in demand planning from retail or FMCG industry
A DAY IN THE LIFE…
- Collect information and assumptions about events, activities in relation to promotions, product launches, customer/distribution changes that form important part of demand plan.
- Manage Portfolio Lifecycle: Collaborate with cross functional teams to manage portfolio lifecycle, such as new product launches, packaging changes, phase-in/phase-out, FEFO management, and product discontinuation.
- Ensure that demand is appropriately forecasted and maintained in all circumstances.
- Improve the Forecast (DPA): Demand planner has sufficient knowledge to be able to improve the forecast (DPA) through statistical data and relevant information given, supported by Demand Analysts.
- Drive consensus deman plan through Monthly Business Planning processes: Collaborate with GD team to drive effective MBP processes to reach consensus demand plan. This becomes a primary input to the Dynamic Forecast
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Demand or Supply Planning from FMCG is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
- Good negotiation, problem solving & convincing skills.
- Good English & Thai communication skills.
