A DAY IN THE LIFE…

• Partner with business functions, regional, global team to build and deliver value contributions through IT products and services. Contribute to the IT product management journey through the market/business insights and market/functional Joint Technology Roadmap (JTR)
• Design business scenarios and use cases for the IT product mix, product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximize its value.
• Embrace and leverage the IT innovation technologies, IT products and services addressing the business priorities and business initiatives in the market
• Perform (or work with IT partners to) analysis, design, and build the IT solutions/platforms supporting process automation/digitalization and operational effectiveness and efficiency
• Responsible to identify security & compliance requirements associated with the business flows and ensure they are considered in the solution design
• Ensures business requirements are met, and service quality maintained when introducing new IT products. Considers the cost effectiveness of proposed solutions
• Investigate/Resolve the technical problems and identify root cause of problems and recommends preventive actions

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor or master’s degree in computer engineering, Information Systems or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis, expertise in Digital IT innovation technologies, analytic tools and platforms such as Microsoft Technologies, AI, ML, AR/VR/XR, NFT, and Block-Chain technologies, etc
• Good understanding of Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology
• Experience in website or mobile or software development
• Good strategic thinking and business acumen
• Good Project Management Experience
• Able to work independently. Self-initiative and ability to work with little supervision
• Curious about new technology, willingness to experiment
• Good understanding of system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards 
• Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
• Effective communication skills at all levels of business and technical professionals both Thai and English  
• Good understanding of IT services and how a mix of solution and service can accelerate product delivery lifecycles
