A DAY IN THE LIFE...

  •  
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders and related teams to study, pilot and/or implement activities to develop field-based sales team and drive solutions to build and improve sales capabilities & salesforce effectiveness
  • Leading and driving both internal and external capability agenda
  • Develop and implement an induction program
  • Drives and monitors performance evaluation
  • Analyses and evaluates training needs/gaps on an on-going basis to keep trainings current, effective and result driven
  • Implication of C4C  (  selling tools for Nestle Professional to get new lead customer )
  • Identify improvement area with action plan with Nestle Business Partner.  

 

 

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher – preferably marketing and related field ​​​​​​​
  • Strong coaching and training skills
  • Good planning, implementation, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong people management and collaboration skills
  • Ability to convince/influence stakeholders and other supporting functions
