A DAY IN THE LIFE...
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders and related teams to study, pilot and/or implement activities to develop field-based sales team and drive solutions to build and improve sales capabilities & salesforce effectiveness
- Leading and driving both internal and external capability agenda
- Develop and implement an induction program
- Drives and monitors performance evaluation
- Analyses and evaluates training needs/gaps on an on-going basis to keep trainings current, effective and result driven
- Implication of C4C ( selling tools for Nestle Professional to get new lead customer )
- Identify improvement area with action plan with Nestle Business Partner.
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Bachelor’s degree or higher – preferably marketing and related field
- Strong coaching and training skills
- Good planning, implementation, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong people management and collaboration skills
- Ability to convince/influence stakeholders and other supporting functions
