A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Lead electrical and automation engineering projects from concept design through installation, commissioning, start-up, and operational handover. 
• Deliver automation solutions involving ASRS, AGV/AMR, conveyor and sortation systems, robotic palletizing and depalletizing, end-of-line equipment, WCS, and WMS integration. 
• Integrate PLC, SCADA/HMI, industrial communication networks, robotics, safety control systems, and digital monitoring solutions. 
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, contractors, suppliers, and overall project performance to achieve business objectives. 
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Logistics, Maintenance, IT/OT, Quality, Safety, OEMs, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery. 
• Drive warehouse and end-of-line automation initiatives that improve safety, efficiency, reliability, traceability, and operational performance. 
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety, machinery safety, cybersecurity standards, and applicable regulations. 

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation, warehouse automation, logistics automation, material handling systems, or capital project management. 
• Proven experience managing projects from concept and feasibility studies through detailed design, vendor selection, FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning, start-up, and operational handover. 
• Hands-on experience with automated material handling solutions such as ASRS, AGV/AMR, conveyors, sortation systems, robotic palletizing, WCS, and WMS integration. 
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, PLC, SCADA/HMI, industrial networks, robotics, functional safety, and OT/IT integration.
• Experience managing OEMs, engineering consultants, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders in automation, expansion, or transformation projects. 
• Strong analytical, project management, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for innovation, digitalization, Industry 4.0 technologies, and continuous improvement.
