Location: Bangchan Factory
Company: Nestlé
Business Unit/Division: Human Resource Full-time

Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Knowledge in labor laws is required.

Minimum 3 years of experience in employee relations function.

Professional experience in factory is a plus.

Strong co-ordination skill and ability to connect with key stakeholders.

Good English & Thai communication skills.

Result oriented, attention to details & a can-do attitude.

Able to multitask and can work well under pressure with minimum supervision.

Familiar in using Excel.

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE...

 

  • Implement employee relations strategy with a Nestlé in the Market approach.
  • Handling employee complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.
  • Enhance and maintain productive dialogue with employees, and other workers' representatives.
  • Manage CARE compliance projects and audit preparation.
  • Support knowledge transfer and common understanding of the Nestlé Corporate Business Principles, the Nestlé Code of Business Conduct and the Nestlé Employee Relations Policy
  • Lead and implement various engagement program in factory, including health & wellness program
  • Organize factory events and manage internal communication
  • Support employee relations community in projects as assigned

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information System , Human Resource Management or other related fields
  • 3+ years experience in HR generalist, payroll, HRIS, SAP.

  • Interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good communication skills in Thai and English

  • Experience from FMCG industry is an additional advantage
