A DAY IN THE LIFE...

 

  • Support business plan both short and long term using strategic HR plans to drive competitive advantage and address opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees through an environment that fosters communication and cooperation.
  • Promote culture and environment that are productive, open, empowering, safe, and equitable including coaching others to behave and make decisions in line with Nestlé Leadership Corporate Business Principles.
  • Responsible for the execution of compliance of HR (policies and practices).
  • Work as part of cross-functional / HR team to develop HR practice and process improvement that enhance HR contribution to the business.
  • Implement continuous improvement in HR to develop functional efficiency and ways of working. 

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • A minimum holder of Bachelor’s degree in HR or any related fields
  • Possess at least 8 years of experience in HR function in managerial roles
  • Experienced in Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and Recruitment/Resourcing
  • Experienced in leading and managing change through the effective use of organization design, development, and business transformation techniques
  • Possess background in leading people and implementing projects
  • Experienced in working within a Matrix environment; achieving results through effective influencing and collaboration
  • Possess good command of English and Thai
