A DAY IN THE LIFE…

• Data quality monitoring and data accuracy with concerns to timeliness and completeness

• Manage field force tools to be ready used by medical fieldforce as requirement. Understand functional requirements, information resources, and system application of the company. How to keep/ develop / or adjust on data management for analysis

• Monitor and analyze field force performance data (call activity, coverage, frequency, etc.)

• Develop business reports and dashboards to provide insights of field force performance, customer engagement, and market penetration

• Implement and analyze Segmentation and Classification of HCPs (Healthcare Professionals), territory alignment and field force KPI

• Perform testing on new application or new functionalities and give feedback for development or improvement that support business operation

• Analyze and design business reports, ad-hoc reports and regular reports to internal users

• Understand functional requirements, information resources, and system application of the company. How to keep/ develop / or adjust on data management for analysis

• Tool consulting and training to end users to ensure solid understandings of field force tools and processes

• Collaborate with Global Medical Field force Team or IT on new application or new functionalities, perform testing, and give feedback for development or improvement to support business operation

• Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries from management level

ARE YOU A FIT?

• At least 5 years’ experience in database administration, or sales performance analyst role

• Understanding of key database concepts, data query, and database procedure

• Good computing knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint). 

• Knowledge in other software such as Power BI, SQL is advantage.

• Good English skill, need to work with regional team

• Tech-savvy and data-driven mindset

• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environment and handle volume of tasks

• Good Attitude, integrity, service mind with interpersonal and problem-solving skill
