Bachelor’s degree in Information System , Human Resource Management or other related fields

3+ years experience in HR generalist, payroll, HRIS, SAP.

Interpersonal and communication skills

Good communication skills in Thai and English

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE...

 

  • Deliver services related to the implementation & sustenance of the GLOBE solution and local applications under HR areas. Provide support for the utilization of the GLOBE solutions. Deliver timely support (scope, timing, content) for agreed priority processes and a cost efficient support process in sustaining the GLOBE solutions.
  • HR Best Practice champion - Support deployment of HR business excellence standards & HR Best practices across organization - Assess HR compliance to HR Best practices. - Standardize Quality approaches across HR community including processes, tools and measurable.
  • HR Development - Lead rollout and implementation of HR systems / programs. - Coach and assist in development of HR knowledge in HR Best practices, statistical tools, approaches, and techniques to create process management and measurement system.
  • HR Analytics - Research, analyze HR data to identify improvement initiatives. - Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics
  • Globe HR SAP Support - Support users in trouble-shooting of SAP - HR modules ie Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Manager's Desktop, ESS and T&E. Collaborate with BE and process owners to align these with GT processes and best practices.
  • SAP Role Assignment - Coordinate with role-coordinator to ensure that HR end-user-role has been properly tested before assign employee to that role, raise role change request and/or escalate request/problem/issue to GC AOA if require

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information System , Human Resource Management or other related fields
  • 3+ years experience in HR generalist, payroll, HRIS, SAP.

  • Interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good communication skills in Thai and English

  • Experience from FMCG industry is an additional advantage
